I’m Jess, and I love dogs! I’ve been grooming since 2011 and have owned The Woof Shack since 2015. Having my own salon was a dream for a long time, and I feel very lucky to spend my days doing something I enjoy so much.

It’s me who’ll welcome you and look after your dog throughout their visit. I love meeting new dogs and getting to know the regulars and their owners. Every appointment is one to one, with time for a chat, a fuss and a groom that suits your dog.

Jess listened to my requests and dealt with our little fidget bum! He was exactly how I requested him to be. He is so lucky to come back to the Pet Cabin to pick his treat! I would totally recommend The Woof Shack and if you want to treat your furry friend afterwards, walk round to Hewitt's Pet Cabin - we are located in the blue cabin, just behind The Woof Shack to the left of the cafe door!
